Thomas Schuster has been an energy expert in the fields of natural gas and electricity trade, balancing group management, portfolio management and corporate development for over 20 years. However, he is not a typical intermediary between suppliers and end customers. With his many years of experience, he supports suppliers to optimise their trade and processes at the highest level.

Thomas Schuster studied energy and process engineering at the Technical University in Berlin, building the foundation of his expertise. After working for EnBW Vertriebsgesellschaft and Duke Energy, an American energy trading company, he started his own business in 2003 and founded Enerco Systems GmbH & Co. KG in 2005. Over the course of his 14 years as Managing Director, the company has supplied industrial, commercial and municipal customers with natural gas, procured from major international and national energy producers and energy traders. In the process of this, he has trained himself as well as his internal staff. Thomas Schuster’s large and flexible portfolio has enabled him to offer his customers tailor-made products that meet their needs. A software specifically developed for this purpose has supported the day-to-day business. His success was based on his „one stop shop“ mentality and his own team, which was able to cover all processes in-house.

As a result of his experience, Thomas Schuster has a strong network and reliable partners all over the world. And it is precisely this that people who work with him benefit from – people who are interested in long-term cooperation. TOSKA’s customers appreciate the independent and competent advice as well as the reliable support from their personal contact person.

For this reason, Thomas Schuster has founded Toska UG for this niche in 2018. His mission? Finding the right energy solutions in cooperation with customers, suppliers as well as distributors.
